Sophie Hosking

Director | Operations Manager | Equine Assisted Psychotherapist

Sophie is a psychotherapist registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

Sophie has a Bachelor in Psychology, a Diploma in Primary Education and Advanced Clinical Training in Contemporary Gestalt Therapy. She is currently completing fourth year psychology studies.

As a therapist, Sophie draws on her studies in Psychology and Gestalt theories and uses a trauma informed, awareness-based approach.

Sophie’s biggest passions in her work are developing a safe and nurturing therapeutic relationship with her clients, helping people to become empowered, and supporting people in navigating their challenges through experiential learning.

Sarah Leander

Equine | Animal Assisted Psychotherapist

Sarah is currently undertaking a Masters in Psychology. Sarah has several years’ experience working as an NDIS mental health support worker and a disability support worker for Sondercare Group, supporting individuals with mental illness and disability to achieve their goals and access the community.

Sarah has a Bachelor in Psychological Science and a Certificate IV in Mental Health which involved 80 hours of placement with the counselling team at Dandenong Secondary School. Sarah has completed a Graduate Diploma Psychology (Advanced) and is working towards Provisional Psychology Registration.

Sarah has completed certification at EPI and offers Equine and Animal Assisted Psychotherapy to clients of all ages. Sarah loves art, sewing, nature and dance and she has a passion for animals and promoting mental health and well-being.

Bianca Julicher

Equine | Animal Assisted Learning Practitioner

Bianca has completed certification with the EPI and offers Animal and Nature assisted learning and education to children aged 7-12.

Bianca completed her schooling at Woodleigh School, achieving outstanding results in the Art domain, with her Year 12 Art pieces being short listed for Top Arts 2020, one being a finalist and exhibited in the NGV. Bianca was also joint winner of the Faculty of Arts prise. Bianca is a creative at heart and finds passion in blending art and the environment.

She is a lover of gardening, both flowers and food and is interested in their sustainable, aesthetic and therapeutic qualities. Bianca believes the creative process in producing something is just as important as the final product, which aligns with Nature Nurture’s values around experiential learning and honouring the present moment.
